You need the Map to Pegnose Pete's and a clock. You also need to interpret the map as so:
'N' = Up Arrow Key
'W' = Left Arrow Key
'S' = Down Arrow Key
'E' = Right Arrow Key

If none of this makes sense, then you aren't ready to enter the Mysts o' Tyme. Finding Pegnose Pete is a culmination of several puzzles, which lead to you obtaining the map and the clock.

Those letters will be on the MAP. When you obtain the map, you'll understand. In essence, they stand for the points of a compass, North, West, South, and East, but, as you know, you must use the Arrow Keys of your keyboard to move in those directions.

I understand that English isn't your first language but you aren't being helpful. Getting the map is the end product of two puzzles. In order to properly guide you (without giving you a step-by-step answer) we have to know where you are in the game.

What items do you have in your inventory? Who have you spoken to? Do you know who has the map but need a clue as to how to get it from him?

Without revealing too much, I can tell you that you have to convince Dead-Eye Dave at the Palace of Prostheses that you are someone else. HINT: Dave is blind. He can't see you but he knows people by their scent.

The things I have are not very usefull.Like a music box,duck and ets.But I have Pegnoses handchief.Maybe thah would help.But which are thease 2 puzzles you are talking about?

Smell the handkerchief. Smell it four times. Maybe you can reproduce the scent.

What does it smell like? Can you find anything around the island that could smell like the handkercheif, but stronger?

Dave needs something stronger due to his blocked nose, find the stuff in the handkerchief and then dave can help! perhaps a fragrance would be stronger.
