SoMI: The Radio Drama!

First of all, seeing as this is my first thread in the World of MI community...hello!

Second, I've been working on a side project for awhile now, both as a test of my audio-mixing skills and as a test of the kooky character voices I attempt to do. Largely inspired by the Waterpipe Theater's "Curse of Monkey Island" radio drama and Chris Heady's excellent Monkey Island play, I'm trying to put together a radio play based on the Secret of Monkey Island. As it stands right now, nearly everything is ready: I have the script, I have the sounds, I have the music. The one thing I'm missing is...voices.

That's where you guys come in. I'm in need of voices, and I figured if there's any place to look for aid, it would be here, among MI fans. There's still a lot of cast roles I need to fill in, and while I have a few people cast as various characters, I'm still severely lacking in that department. So I implore people to step forward and volunteer. Auditions are open.

Of course, I do have a little teaser. Mind, I'm probably not going to be the one who does the voice of Guybrush (I'm playing Bob and Herman Toothrot), but I gave it a shot anyway in an attempt to drum up interest in the project. The result is this; make of it what you will.

Well! I'm glad to see some folks are interested!

As it stands right now, I already have some people cast, and there are other roles I need filled in. So some of the roles requested have already been taken. Sorry. ^^;

However, the roles that ARE open I shall post below. I'm splitting the story into two episodes; Part 1 will be all the events on Melee Island, Part 2 takes place during the journey and expedition on Monkey Island. For now, I'm simply casting the characters of Part 1.

As far as auditions go, here's how I'm going to try and handle it: record yourself trying some of that character's lines from the game, and then either send me a message with a link to listen to it (just about any file-hosting site works) or post a YouTube video response to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iylti8ly2jc. If you have a good quality mic, that's major points. I can only work with fairly clean recordings, regardless of how good I think you might sound.
